Pryvera is a product of T1-T2 Consulting Inc., a Canadian company. We provide enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to public sector organizations across Canada.

Through This Website

When you submit our contact or demo request form, we collect:

• First name and last name
• Work email address
• Organization name
• Job title (optional)
• Organization size (optional)
• Area of interest (optional)
• Any message you choose to include

We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this website.

Through the Pryvera ERP Platform

When your organization uses the Pryvera ERP platform, personal information is collected and processed as directed by your organization (the data controller). T1-T2 Consulting Inc. acts as a data processor. The types of information processed depend on the modules your organization uses and are governed by our Data Processing Agreement with your organization.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information collected through the website contact form is used solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry or demo request
• Provide you with information about Pryvera relevant to your organization
• Follow up on your expressed interest

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

Our contact form is processed by a Canadian-hosted API running on AWS in the ca-central-1 (Montreal) region. Form submissions are delivered to our team via Amazon SES, also hosted in Canada. No form data leaves Canadian borders.

Google Fonts (Inter typeface) is loaded from Google's servers when you visit this website. This may transmit your IP address to Google. We plan to self-host these fonts in a future update.

5. Data Residency

The Pryvera ERP platform is hosted exclusively in AWS Canada (ca-central-1). All ERP data — including databases, backups, and file storage — remains within Canadian borders at all times.

Website form submissions are processed through our own API hosted in AWS ca-central-1 (Montreal). All form data remains within Canadian jurisdiction.

6. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months from the date of submission, or until a business decision is reached regarding your inquiry, whichever comes first. After this period, your information is deleted.

ERP platform data retention is governed by your organization's policies and our Data Processing Agreement.

7. Your Rights

Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Withdraw consent for future communications

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@pryvera.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We protect personal information using industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), access controls, and regular security assessments. For details on our security practices, visit our Security page.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
